Registration route
This speed band is normally registered as a motorcycle rather than a moped. That usually means type approval, a VIN plate and rider licensing in your market. Tell us the category you intend to register under and we will confirm in writing what exists for this model and what would need to be tested.
Shipping the battery
Lithium packs travel as UN3480 or UN3481 dangerous goods and require a UN38.3 test report, an MSDS and dangerous-goods packing. They move by sea, not by air — samples included. Lead-acid packs are restricted differently but still restricted. Budget the calendar accordingly.
