Packing and loading
Carton dimensions and units per 40HQ depend on whether this model ships assembled, SKD or CKD. Estimate it yourself with the loading calculator, or ask us for the loading plan for the exact mix of models you intend to combine.
Registration route
At this performance level the vehicle is a motorcycle everywhere. Type approval is required before import in most jurisdictions, and it is model-specific. Start this conversation early — approval, not production, is the long pole.
Shipping the battery
Lithium packs travel as UN3480 or UN3481 dangerous goods and require a UN38.3 test report, an MSDS and dangerous-goods packing. They move by sea, not by air — samples included. Lead-acid packs are restricted differently but still restricted. Budget the calendar accordingly.
