Where we are and what we do
Taizhou, in Zhejiang province, is one of China's two centres of two-wheeler manufacturing. Frames, plastics, motors, controllers, chargers and battery packs are all sourced within a short drive, which is why a colour change or a controller change here takes days rather than a purchasing cycle.
MOPEDOEM operates the frame work, painting, assembly, testing and packing for the nineteen models on this site. Every unit is road-tested before it goes into a carton.

Quality control
Incoming inspection on motors, controllers, chargers and battery packs; in-line checks during assembly; 100% functional road test; and a pre-shipment inspection with photographs before the container is sealed.
What we send during production
Photographs at frame, paint, assembly and packing stages, and the loading photographs when the container is stuffed. You should not have to ask for these.
